Using hydrogen gas testing systems, we offer safe, on-site integrity testing of plate heat exchangers and tubular heat exchangers. Inert hydrogen gas serves as the tracer to pinpoint any holes or cracks in your equipment, down to 5 microns in size. Testing any one section of a heat exchanger can be completed in a matter of minutes with great precision, minimizing the time your machine is off-line. Unlike other methods, this unique non-destructive method discovers minute faults before they become problematic. The use of hydrogen has additional benefits -- it is safely dispersed, leaves no residue, is non-toxic and does not stress the plate pack.
